Si vous recherchez un hôtel à l’ambiance hollywoodienne mais cool, je vous recommande chaudement le Standard Hollywood, à la décoration so seventies, très bien situé sur Sunset boulevard, en contrebas du Château Marmont.
Vous pourrez y choisir une chambre donnant sur la piscine ou dotée d’une splendide vue sur les collines d’Hollywood (plus tranquille selon moi).
Le petit déjeuner vous sera servi au bord de la piscine et vous pourrez également profiter du bar à cocktails/restaurant à ciel ouvert mais intimiste.
Si vous souhaitez plus de tranquillité, installez-vous dans les canapés Togo du Lobby pour une séance cinéma confidentielle (l’hôtel diffusant à la nuit tombée un film sur rétroprojecteur, qui fut « Virgin Suicides » lors de notre séjour).
En conclusion, un hôtel à l’ambiance décontractée et magique sur les collines d’Hollywood où vous vous sentirez peut-être l’espace d’une nuit, comme l’une de ses étoiles.

If you are looking for a hotel with a Hollywood but cool atmosphere, I highly recommend the Standard Hollywood, decorated so seventies, very well located on Sunset Boulevard, below the Chateau Marmont.
You can choose a room overlooking the pool or with a splendid view of the Hollywood hills (quieter in my opinion).
Breakfast will be served by the pool and you can also enjoy the cocktails at the open-air bar/restaurant but intimate.
If you want more peace of mind, take a seat at the Togo sofas of the Lobby for a confidential cinema session (the hotel broadcasting a film with overhead projector, which was «Virgin suicides» during our stay).
In conclusion, a hotel with a relaxed and magical atmosphere on the hills of Hollywood where you may feel the space of a night, like one of its stars.
